CommentsOwl provides a SaaS platform for social media analytics. The Service offers tools for content creators to analyze audience sentiment, identify trends, and generate engagement reports using public data sources and automated processing technologies.

3. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate summaries and analysis. AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that:

  • The insights provided are probabilistic and may not always be 100% accurate.
  • You should verify important information independently before taking action.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the AI's analysis.

4. YouTube Data & Privacy

By using our Client, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

5. Payment & Refunds

Certain features of the Service are paid.

  • All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider.
  • Subscriptons are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscriptions, provided you have not analyzed more than 3 videos. Accounts with usage beyond this limit are considered 'consumed' and are not eligible for a refund. If you meet these criteria and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@commentsowl.com. Refunds for eligible requests are processed within 48 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentsOwl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
